Before I send Novapharma (novapharma.st) any money, I'm going off what I can find online — their public listings give me a product catalog, prices, and shipping info, and that's about it. Stuff I still can't answer: does the catalog list compound, form, quantity, and purity for every item, and are the out-of-stock or discontinued ones marked? Are the published prices final per unit, or do shipping, handling, taxes, or minimum-order fees get tacked on after? Can I get a batch-specific COA for each item before ordering, and match it to the lot number on the product? What's the stated shipping origin and what destinations do they actually cover, plus dispatch and transit windows, carrier, tracking, and how discreet the packaging is? And where are they registered, and who do I even ask pre-sale questions about catalog, COA, and shipping?

Do they provide batch-specific COAs with dates and lab names? I only see one generic PDF on the site, which is a red flag for me.
