Anyone here deal with Nunnovation (nunnovation.com)? I'm comparing a few suppliers right now and trying to figure out if they're worth a closer look for lab use. Main things I want to know — are their COAs batch-specific and from an accredited third-party lab, and can you actually view them before checkout? That's a dealbreaker for me if not. Also, do the product listings spell out purity, quantity, form, and lot-number linkage to the matching COA, or is that something you have to chase down? On pricing, are the posted prices current, and do they make it clear whether shipping, taxes, or minimum-order fees are baked in? I hate getting to checkout and finding surprise charges. Shipping side: what options and carriers do they use, what are the transit times, is tracking provided, and what do they document for packaging/temperature controls on domestic vs international orders? I've been burned before on cold-chain stuff. Last thing — is the vendor's physical location, jurisdiction, and return/reship policy actually disclosed on the site? Some of these places are vague about where they even operate from. Appreciate any firsthand experiences.
Nunnovation order landed fine, curious how everyone else's went
Does Nunnovation ship internationally, and do they provide tracking? Also curious if orders usually go out same week or if there’s a queue.
Has anyone seen a recent COA from them? Not asking for opinions on effects, just want to know if batch numbers and dates are actually included.
Prices look okay until shipping hits. Anyone got a rough all-in number for a small order to the EU? Trying to budget.
I’m just here for the drama and the tracking numbers.
Watching this thread. Been burned before, so I’ll wait for a few more shipping updates before considering anything.
New name, same vague About page? Hoping someone posts a real timeline, not just “landed, great communication.”
What carrier do they use for domestic? Signature required or drop-off? My mailbox situation is chaotic.
Do they charge extra for COAs per batch, or is it included? Also, is there a minimum order? Just window shopping for now.
If the COAs aren’t posted with matching lot numbers, that’s a hard pass for me. I’d ask specifically: ISO 17025-accredited lab, or just “independent”? And do they provide raw HPLC chromatograms plus mass spec, or only a summary PDF? Summary-only COAs are decorative. Also confirm the lot on the COA matches the vial label, and whether they’ll send a batch-specific COA before payment. Anyone actually seen a live COA on the site, not just a sample?
Hard same—if lot-matched COAs aren’t visible pre-checkout, I’m out. Otherwise it’s just vibes.
one thing i haven’t seen asked yet: do they post the full chromatogram/spectra or just a summary sheet? i’ve seen “coa” pdfs that are basically a vibe check — no method, no instrument, no lab cert number. also does the lot on the vial still match the site after a restock, or does the old coa just hang around? i’m usually up at 3am with a soda water and a spreadsheet, so if the coa is email-only after checkout that’s my exit ramp. not trying to chase support for paperwork.
following—my bar is simpler: I want the COA test date to be recent, like within 6 months, and the lot number to match what’s printed on the actual vial, not just the outer box. Do they show that anywhere? Also super practical: does it ship cold? My last package sat on the porch during school pickup and I’m not repeating that. If anyone’s ordered
Night shift here. Before I trust any COA, I go to the lab’s own site and verify the report ID or QR link. If it doesn’t resolve to the same lot and test, I’m out. A PDF with a logo is just art. Also ask if they’ll send raw data, not a screenshot. That’s my 3am routine when I can
I keep a spreadsheet for this stuff: price per mg, order-to-label time, and whether tracking actually moves or just sits at “label created.” Last few orders from other places ran 5–9 days domestic, 12–18 intl. If Nunnovation had a long pre-shipment limbo, that matters more to me than a flashy PDF. Did yours start moving within 24–48 hours, or was it stuck for days? Also, did the site show live sock or just a generic “in stock” button?
My spreadsheet has a column for lot traceability: does the vial label lot match
Very new here too, so this thread is super helpful. One thing I’m adding to my notes: whether the COA shows the actual test method (HPLC vs LC-MS) and includes a chromatogram, not just a purity percentage. A number alone feels less useful if the method is vague. Also, does anyone know if these pages let you preview the COA before entering payment info, or is it only sent after? That’s my nervous-newbie dealbreaker. Sorry if that’s obvious—still learning what to look for.
Three-year regular here. Haven't used Nunnovation, but after that “COA theater” thread last spring I stopped trusting summary PDFs alone. The
