A buddy asked me about Pivot Labs Global, so I did some digging. Their public listing shows five products, prices out in the open, shipping info, COAs, and a US location. Decent start, but a few things I'd want cleared up. Which five products, and does each one list lot number, purity, form, and quantity? Are the COAs lot-matched to the exact SKU that ships, and can I independently confirm the lab, method, and issue date? Right now only one member has verified the COA, so what else is out there for independent review? Does the US address match a registered business and the actual shipping origin, or does fulfillment happen somewhere else? Are the posted prices final with shipping, insurance, and packaging included? And what are the minimum order, return, and reship policies? Anyone dealt with them?

Does Pivot Labs Global ship domestically, or is it international only? Also, do they provide tracking before payment clears? Just trying to compare options before I email them.

Anyone seen recent COAs with batch numbers that match the vials? Last vendor I used had mismatched dates, so I’m cautious. Would love a link or screenshot if allowed.

Prices look mid-tier, but the minimum order is what gets me. Is there a smaller starter option, or do they only deal in bulk now? Not throwing shade, just budgeting.

I’ll believe the COA talk when someone posts a third-party test from a lab I recognize. Until then, I’m reading, not buying. Hope they prove me wrong.
