Looking at what I can find online, I can't tell if the catalog lists exact compound names, CAS numbers, purity specs, and batch-specific lot numbers for every item. Are COAs available before purchase for each current lot—HPLC/LC-MS methods, testing dates, third-party lab identity? That's non-negotiable for me. Pricing confuses me too: per vial or per gram/mg, and does it include domestic/international shipping, cold-chain, or customs fees? What are the stated shipping origins, handling times, carrier options, and policies for damaged, delayed, or temperature-sensitive shipments? Also, is there a physical business address, jurisdiction, and return/refund policy listed? I want to verify location and accountability before sending anyone money.

Can someone confirm whether the COA includes HPLC and mass spec, or just a purity percentage? The price is fair if the documentation is actually complete.
