Came across Privaini (privaini.com) while comparing suppliers — public listings show published prices, shipping info, and COA docs, so there's something to look at. But: are the COAs batch-specific and third-party, and do they list method/instrument, purity, and a lab name/contact I can verify independently? Where does Privaini ship from, and are timelines, carriers, tracking, and packaging spelled out before checkout? How are the prices structured — currency, taxes/fees, minimum order, bulk or research-quantity discounts — and do they actually stay current? And does every product listing link to the exact current batch COA before purchase, or are COAs provided only...
Privaini shipping times, tracking, and where orders ship from
I pulled the COA PDFs last night. The ones I opened listed batch numbers, HPLC, and a lab email, but no instrument model. I’d want a direct portal link, not just a scanned page.
Shipped from? My order label said EU, but tracking originated elsewhere. Packaging was plain, no temp pack mentioned. Ask them pre-checkout.
Currency defaulted to USD for me. Tax added at checkout, not on directory page. Fee line appeared late. I took a screenshot.
Batch-specific? Only if the batch number matches your vial. Mine didn’t at first.
I emailed the lab name on their COA. They confirmed testing but wouldn’t verify the client. That’s a yellow flag in my diary.
Shipping timelines: site said 3–5 days, carrier was not named. Tracking came via a third-party link. I’d ask for carrier and signature options before paying.
My experience: prices are in EUR if you switch region. VAT shown at checkout. No hidden handling fee, but customs risk is on buyer. Keep notes.
COA method/instrument: one PDF had HPLC-UV, another just 'HPLC'. Purity number was there. Lab contact was a generic info@. I want lot-linked raw data.
I’m not rushing. Requested a current batch COA, shipping origin, and full fee breakdown. If they dodge, I close the tab. Diarist rule: verify, then buy.
