Good service but too expensive long-term

Product Quality: 4/5 Shipping Speed: 4/5 Customer Service: 4/5 Value for Money: 2/5

Ro does everything right in terms of process — consultation, prescription, shipping, follow-up. The compounded semaglutide is effective. But at $145/month it's not sustainable for many people. Also they don't accept insurance for the compounded version. If money isn't an issue, this is a premium option. For budget-conscious users, there are cheaper telehealth alternatives.

Best telehealth experience I've had

Product Quality: 5/5 Shipping Speed: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Value for Money: 4/5

Tried Henry Meds first and had a terrible experience. Switched to Ro and the difference is night and day. The doctor actually listened, adjusted my tirzepatide dose based on side effects, and checked in regularly. Medication shipped fast with proper cold-chain packaging. The app tracks everything — weight, side effects, dosing schedule. Worth the premium for the quality of care.

Ro Body Program — semaglutide works but pricey

Product Quality: 4/5 Shipping Speed: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Value for Money: 3/5

I've been on the Ro Body Program for 3 months now. The app experience is smooth — video consultation, prescription, delivery all in one platform. Compounded semaglutide arrived in 2 days from their partner pharmacy. Lost 18 lbs so far. The downside is cost — $145/month plus the initial consultation. No insurance coverage. But the convenience and medical oversight are real.
