Ro ships a batch-matched COA with the order and the certificate names the external lab that ran the analysis. Shipping was fast (3 days). My only complaint is the price — they sit at the higher end of the range. tbh, if documentation completeness is your priority, they're solid; I'd still compare a few suppliers first.
I've ordered from Ro 7 times over the past year. Every order arrived on time and the documentation has been consistent — the COA matched the vial label each time. Only minor issue is customer service can be slow to reply on weekends. The documentation completeness is why I keep ordering.
Ordered material from Ro. It arrived in about a week, slower than some suppliers, and customer service took a couple of days to respond. A COA was included but it didn't name the testing lab. Documentation completeness is why I'd look at other options first. This entry records a supplier-service and documentation experience. It reports no outcome and names no amount. PepsReview does not host reports of personal use of research compounds, and nothing here is a recommendation to use any product.
