Can you confirm that’s the current catalog and whether those are the only SKUs available? - Prices are published, but are there batch-specific price changes, minimum order requirements, or fees not reflected in those listings? - Shipping info is posted. What are the exact carriers, packaging, turnaround, tracking, and domestic US transit expectations? - There’s one COA verification. Which product/batch does that cover, and are third-party COAs available for all five current products? - Since they’re US-based, can you confirm the lab/testing facility that issued each COA and whether it’s independent of the vendor?

I emailed them Tuesday about the five listed SKUs. Got a reply same day: current catalog is those five, but they said a sixth is in testing and not listed yet. No ETA given.

Minimum on my end was just one unit, and shipping was the only extra charge. When I asked about a bigger batch the price moved a little — maybe 8% lower. Worth asking for a quote.

What's typical domestic turnaround, and do you ship from the US or overseas? Also, if customs snags it, is there a reship policy?
