I stopped about six weeks ago and thought I had a decent plan: snack drawer with pre-portioned nuts and cut fruit, dinner on the table by 6:15 because of kid activities. This Tuesday the wheels came off.
I made the kids' pasta, ate standing over the sink, then went back to the drawer twice after they were in bed. Not a huge binge, just relentless picking that didn't feel like me.
The scale is up 3 pounds and I'm more rattled by the appetite than the number. I don't fully regret starting, but stopping has made my old snack-drawer habits roar back. Anyone else deal with this?
