IGF-1 before and after — did anyone retest on peptides?

Been researching this for a while. The data on tissue repair and recovery is promising. I'm 13 months in and noticing real differences in recovery time and overall wellbeing. Anyone else using peptides or growth hormone compounds? What's your protocol look like?

I use 31g needles. The thinner the better for subq. Barely feel it. Brand-wise I like BD Ultra-Fine. They're a bit more expensive but worth it.

Yes! I noticed the exact same thing. Switched from sema to tirz and the difference in side effects was night and day. Tirz is much smoother for me.

My doctor had me split the dose — half on Monday, half on Thursday. Helped with the nausea significantly. Might be worth asking your doctor about.

Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 18, 7.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.

This is so relatable. I'm on week 4 and feeling the same way. The food noise disappearing was the most surprising part for me too. I didn't even know I had it until it was gone.

I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 32 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.

I got my COA from the vendor but also sent a sample to an independent lab for verification. Both matched — 99.1% purity. If you're spending that much, the extra $50 for testing is worth it.
