Tbh i called my little pharmacy this morning because my refill was sitting in limbo. The gal at the counter said the distributor changed and they’re waiting on a shipment from overseas, maybe the Netherlands? I don’t know. I’ve been on this journey since February and I’m down 23 lbs, but the insurance side feels like a second job. I’m not asking for pharmacy names or anything. Just wondering if anyone else has had their local place switch suppliers and suddenly your copay changed? I keep notes in a yellow legal pad—refill date, copay, who I talked to. It’s boring, but it saved me once already. If you’ve dealt with a supplier shuffle, how did you keep your refills from getting a gap?
