Peptide hype is outrunning my lifting log

I’m four lifting days a week, protein at 160g, sleep tracked, and I care more about waist-to-arm recomp than scale theater. Lately every other thread reads like a peptide is the hidden master switch. My own log says otherwise: my bench and tape barely moved until I stopped missing sessions and started hitting protein on rest days. I’m not anti-peptide, but the hype feels louder than the boring stuff that actually holds my recomp together. For people who already train hard and track food, did any of this stuff change your rate of progress beyond what consistency was already giving you?
