I've lost 59 lbs and look better than I have in years. But I feel weird about it. Like I cheated? I know I didn't, the drug is a tool. But seeing people who've struggled for years without meds and then seeing me drop weight fast... I feel guilty sometimes. Anyone else deal with this?

I've been at 5mg for 12 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
