The price question keeps interrupting my morning weigh-in

Tbh i weigh every morning and only care about the seven-day average. That part has been calm: down 14.2 lb across 9 weeks, with plenty of flat mornings that meant nothing. The scale noise doesn’t rattle me; the invoice noise does. My plan changed and the monthly number went from $40 to $165, so I started opening tabs at 11pm like I was hunting for a lost earring. I don’t want to chase the absolute lowest price if it costs me sleep, but I also don’t want to be passive and pay whatever. This weekend I’m going to call my clinic’s billing line and my insurance plan, then write down one decision instead of re-deciding every month. For those who’ve made peace with the cost side: what single question helped you stop spiraling?
