Libido spreadsheet nerd curious about peptide prices and shipping

Anyone else here keep a weirdly detailed spreadsheet for this stuff? I’m 14 weeks into a GLP-1, down 27 lbs, and my libido score went from a 2/5 to a 4/5 over the last month. I log it weekly next to sleep, lifting sessions, and resting HR. The only habits that changed: 3x/week resistance training and getting above 7 hours of sleep most nights. I’m not claiming that’s why — just what my numbers show.

Now I keep seeing mentions of a libido-related peptide and I’m curious about the boring logistics: typical monthly cost, how often it’s out of stock, and whether shipping usually runs 3 days, 2 weeks, whatever. I’m comparison shopping, not looking for advice on how to use it. If you’ve tracked anything similar, did the cost/stock issues make it not worth the hassle? I’m trying to decide if it belongs in my spreadsheet or my skip list.

For what it's worth, fellow spreadsheet weirdo here. I lost 70, regained 30, now clawing back. I log libido as two columns: spontaneous desire and responsive desire, because they move differently for me. Mine tracks hardest with sleep debt and alcohol, less with weight itself

love this, spreadsheet nerd solidarity! 2→4 is a huge win. One column I added that might be worth trying: time of day. I logged desire AM vs PM for a few weeks, and my best scores were almost always the morning after an afternoon lift + 7.5h sleep, not same-day. I also tracked “stress load” 1–5 (work/kids) and it tanked things way more than I expected. Have you noticed if your 4s cluster around certain days—like after leg day or a rest day? I’m nosy because I’m trying to figure out whether it’s the training, the sleep, or just feeling more at home in my body. Either way, congrats—that’s a real quality-of-life shift.

fellow data nerd here. One thing that surprised me: my libido tracked less with last night’s sleep and more with a 3-day sleep-debt score. If I slept 7+ but was still carrying >2 hrs of debt, desire stayed flat; once debt dropped, it jumped. Mine also lagged training by about a week—new lifting volume felt good mentally before libido caught up. Have you tried plotting a rolling average or a 1–2 week lag on training/sleep against your score? Curious whether your resting HR dip preceded the 4/5 month or happened at the same time.
