New here and worried my vial lost its vacuum

Hi everyone, I’m brand new — just finished my first week (day 6 today). I’m usually a worrier, so please be gentle. I keep my little vial in the fridge in the box it came in, and when I opened it this morning there wasn’t that tiny whoosh/pop I thought I remembered. It’s a 3 mL vial and still looks clear, no cracks, and the rubber top seems snug. I don’t want to bother anyone, but now I’m overthinking whether these vials are supposed to be vacuum-sealed or if some just aren’t. Is this something you’ve noticed with yours? Thanks so much.

I’m on the road most weeks too — airports, hotel mini-fridges, the whole circus. Mine lives in a little insulated pouch with a gel pack, and I’ve learned to check the rubber stopper is seated before I spiral. Quick question: was the whoosh maybe when you first pierced the top, not when you opened the box? Mine does a faint pressure thing then and zero drama when I’m just looking at it. Also, hotel fridges can run cold if cranked up, so I keep mine near the door. Not medical advice, just travel logistics. Clear, no cracks, snug top sounds boring in the best way.
