Regained 40 of the 60 I lost, now curious about the other stuff

Second go at this. First round I dropped about 60 over 14 months, then a rough year — job change, my dad's surgery, a lot of my own excuses — and 40 of it found its way back. Back on a GLP-1 now and the numbers are finally trending the right way again, which feels good and also humbling.

Here's the tangle in my head. Lately I keep wandering past the appetite part and into the body composition stuff people argue about. There seem to be two loud camps — the growth hormone secretagogue combo versus actual HGH — and each one is very sure the other is a waste. I've read enough threads to know I actually know nothing.

What I do know: I'm 41, my sleep is a mess, and my arms look softer at this weight than they did the first time around. Age? The regain? Probably both.

Not asking anyone to tell me what to take. I'm asking the people who already went down one of those roads — what tipped your decision, and did you end up seeing anything you could actually point to? Or is it a rabbit hole you'd walk past now?
