Once the loss phase ended, my questions changed shape

Fifteen months since the first pen. The scale has stayed inside a four-pound band since February, which is the longest it's ever been boring in a good way. Down 61 total.

What's changed is what I actually want to read about. Year one was appetite, side effects, and dose math. Now I keep circling the same question: how much of my current eating is pharmacology and how much is thirteen months of plain repetition? In the trials, most of the weight came back after people stopped, so I'm not curious enough to run that experiment on myself.

Small concrete thing: my weekday breakfast is identical every single day — two eggs, a slice of toast, coffee — and I no longer spend any mental energy deciding whether it'll be enough. That used to be a running argument in my head before 9am.

Curious whether other people past the one-year mark find the mental stuff gets louder while the physical stuff gets quieter.
