Was on tirz for 5 months, switched to retta 7 months ago. Here's my honest comparison: retta gives me more energy, slightly more nausea, and faster weight loss. Down 6 on retta vs 5 on tirz in the same timeframe. The triple agonist mechanism really seems to make a difference for me.
