Seventy-four pounds down and the last nine weeks are a wall

Posting this mostly to get it out of my head. Started last August at 287, sitting at 213 this morning. Seventy-four pounds, and most of it came off in the first five months. Since mid-March the trend line has been basically horizontal. Nine weeks of bouncing between 212 and 217. I'm not slacking. Around 130g protein, three lifting sessions a week, 8k steps most days, food logged honestly including the bad nights. Water is fine. Sleep is mediocre but not new. Nothing dramatic changed. My body just stopped agreeing to the schedule I had in my head. The annoying part is I still feel good. Energy is steady, my last labs came back normal, and I can tell I'm stronger than I was in January. But the number is the number, and watching it wobble inside a five-pound window for two months is grinding me down. I keep telling myself this is maintenance-adjacent and not failure. Some mornings I believe it. For anyone who got through a sretch this long: was it something you changed, or did patience eventually do the work? I'd rather hear the boring answer than a hack.
