Urgent care trip after two months — was it the GLP-1?

small-town pharmacy here, and I’m on a GLP-1 my doctor prescribed. About two months along, things were boring in a good way: appetite quiet, morning coffee still my thing, maybe 12 pounds down. Then last Sunday I woke up with this deep ache under my right ribs that wrapped around my back. I figured it was gas from a late bowl of chili, but by lunch I was sweaty and nauseous, so my husband drove me to the urgent care in the next town. They sent me to the ER for an ultrasound. Nothing dramatic showed up, and the doctor said it could be a gallbladder thing, a virus, or just one of those mystery belly episodes. I’m waiting on my follow-up and already dreading the insurance calls. I’m not asking anyone to diagnose me. I just want to know if other folks on a GLP-1 have had a weird gallbladder or upper belly scare, and how you talked it through with your prescriber. Did yours settle, or did you end up changing meds?
