Since January I’ve received 11 survey invites: clinic intake, pharmacy follow-up, two academic studies, and a pile of market-research ones. I used to open everything. Now I screen first: who’s running it, what’s the actual endpoint, is compensation disclosed before the screener, and can I see a consent form. If it takes 20 minutes to ask about my appetite and then routes me to a $500 program pitch, I’m out. I completed two: one was a proper longitudinal survey with clear privacy language; the other was a 6-minute questionnaire that respected my time. My rule is simple: no identifiable data, no vague 'wellness' sponsors, no surprise sales funnel. I’ll do my part for data, but not for lead generation. Anyone else tightened their filter lately?
I’m done clicking every GLP-1 survey in my inbox
