Late-evening queasiness that lingers into sunrise

I’ve been keeping a tiny symptom note because this one is new for me. For maybe the last two weeks, dinner sits fine, but around 9 p.m. I get a low, swirly queasiness. It’s not urgent or dramatic — more like my stomach is gently protesting. Then I wake before my alarm, sometimes around 5:30, with that same blah feeling before I’ve even moved. I’ve noticed it more on days when dinner was later or heavier, but not every time. I’m tracking timing, meal size, and how I sleep, and I plan to mention it at my next appointment. Not looking for dosing advice, just whether anyone else has this late-night/early-morning pattern. Does yours track more with what you ate, how late you ate, or the day after your shot? I’m trying to be curious instead of anxious, but it’s hard when it messes with sleep.
