Trying both formats on paper before I commit. Milestones from my comparison sheet:
Good: pill copay quoted at $72 for 30 days; the pen came to $95/month after a coupon. Pill shipping was 3 days vs 5 for the refrigerated pen, and the pill showed in stock two Fridays in a row.
Bad: the pen has a 2-day cold-chain window I need to be home for; a pill backorder notice popped up 4 days after I checked. My spreadsheet now has columns for price, shipping, stock, and reorder buffer.
Numbers: $23/month gap, 2 extra shipping days, 1 backorder scare, 3 pharmacy calls this week.
Still deciding if the lower sticker price is worth the restock gamble. Anyone else keep a side-by-side like this?
