Thirty-two pounds gone, afternoons feel unplugged

I’ve dropped 32 pounds in about ten weeks. My appetite is way quieter, which I expected. What I didn’t expect is the 2–4 p.m. crash: not sleepy exactly, more like my body unplugs. I sleep 7–7.5 hours, get 100–120 grams of protein most days, drink around 2 L of water, and lift twice weekly. I keep seeing electrolyte fixes and B-vitamin posts, but I’d rather look at actual studies or lab trends than generic tips. If you’ve hit this, what specific things did you track before talking to your clinician? Ferritin, thyroid, calories, hydration, something else? I’m not after dosing advice, just trying to bring better questions and real data to that appointment.
