Twenty-four pounds down, and my afternoon energy is the next project

Hi all, I’m 24 pounds down since mid-January, and I’m trying to celebrate that without immediately nitpicking the scale. The unexpected part: by 3 p.m.

I feel like someone unplugged me. Not shaky or scary, just flat.

I’ve been getting protein at breakfast, walking 20 minutes after lunch, and drinking more water, which helps a little. Sleep is around 7 hours on good nights, closer to 6 on busy ones.

Small win: I packed a real lunch three days this week instead of grazing from the snack drawer. For those further along, what habit made the biggest difference in steady energy?

Did you shift meal timing, add a planned snack, or protect your sleep more aggressively? I’m just curious what worked in your normal routine.
