Crossed a big round number and it mostly felt like a normal Sunday

Been around since the compounding scramble a couple years back, so I've read a hundred milestone posts here and written one or two myself. Crossed 90 lbs down this weekend, and the odd part is that the last 30 came without a single dramatic month — no hero stretches, no crash stretches, just refills and parking at the far end of the lot on purpose.

What actually shifted: I weigh on Sundays only now, and I check my sleep before I check the number. My log has 14 months in it and sleep is the only column that has ever predicted a good month for me.

For anyone earlier in this than I am — the plain stretches aren't failure, they're the work. Curious what your uneventful months looked like from the inside.

congrats on 90 — but I get the weird flat feeling. My last 20 have looked boring too: same loop around the neighborhood after breakfast, same sheet-pan chicken and roasted carrots on Sundays. The only “trick” was making the far parking spot my default, like you said. What surprised me was that I stopped celebrating the scale and started noticing I coud weed the whole front bed without sitting down. Did your normal Sunday shift first in the kitchen or on the walks? I’m curious which habit felt like it quietly took over.
