Does the final four kilos shift anything that's visible

Six cities in the past month, and the weirdest data point of the whole trip is this: the drop from 78 kg to 74 kg read the same on paper as my earlier 95-to-91 stretch, four kilos either way, and it did not feel remotely the same.

Early on my body absorbed the loss quietly. Weeks would pass and nothing looked different. This stretch, every 1.5 kg seems to re-carve something.

Concrete numbers: tape says 6 cm off my waist over the past three months, scale says 3.2 kg. So the ratio has gone strange at the end. And I can wedge into a stadium seat with clearance on both sides now, which definitely was not true 8 kg ago.

Genuinely curious whether the final stretch is universally underwhelming on the scale and loud everywhere else, or if some of you watched the last few kilos come off with an obvious visual change while the earlier ones did nothing. Which was it for you?
