Dinner has been a pretty boring rotation of chicken, rice, and roasted zucchini for me, but around 9 p.m. I’ve started getting burps that taste like boiled eggs.
It happened twice this week, both after meals where I ate a little faster than usual. I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just curious how this shows up for other people: do yours come after certain foods, at a certain time, or more when you eat quickly?
I’m trying to figure out which habit to tweak first, and I’d rather hear real-life patterns than guess.
