Hey friends, small win I had to share somewhere people would actually get it. I started in mid-January, and this morning I pulled out a medium workout tee that's been buried in the back of my drawer for about three years — mostly because I couldn't bring myself to toss it. It went on without the tug-and-twist dance, and there was even a little room at the hem.
Down 27 pounds in roughly 14 weeks, which still feels fake to type. The bigger shift is consistency: I've hit my protein goal 6 out of 7 days for the last month, and I do a 25-minute walk after dinner most nights, even when I'd rather melt into the couch.
I'm not measuring much beyond how clothes feel and whether I can keep this up during a messy week. That's been the real game-changer for me.
How do you all mark the non-scale wins — do you keep one specific piece of clothing as a checkpoint, or track something totally different? And if you're in a stall right now, hang in there. Your version of that drawer shirt is waiting.
