Left the second taco for later

Thursday's office taco lunch gave me a small test. I made two small tacos, ate the first slowly, then two bites into the second got a quiet pressure under my ribs - not pain, just a clear pause signal.

Normally I'd finish it because it was already on my plate. This time I wrapped the rest, noted "12:40, hunger 3/10, pressure not pain," and put it in the fridge.

Around 3 I was mildly hungry again, so I ate it slowly and it sat fine. What surprised me was how neutral it felt.

No victory lap, no guilt, just a useful data point and a taco that kept. I'm trying to treat those pauses as information rather than a rule.

For those of you who track this way, do you write down the pause in the moment or wait until later?
