My only plan was the trend line, and it crossed 200

Honestly, i never built a protocol. No macros, no prep Sundays, no app streak to protect.

What I did was weigh most mornings, log it, and stare at the 14-day average instead of the daily number. Somewhere around month seven the average slid below 200, and I had to check the spreadsheet twice because the dailies had been hopping between 199.6 and 202 all week.

Honestly, most of what changed was portion gravity. One plate instead of two. Water before the coffee. An after-dinner walk that started at ten minutes and is now closer to thirty, though not every day, and I won't pretend otherwise.

The 199.4 morning showed up on a bad-sleep, no-workout Tuesday, so the noise was loud. The average is the part I trusted.

Not saying everyone should wing it — I know plenty of people who do better with real structure. It's just strange how the boring stuff compounded once I stopped trying to optimize six things at once.

Anyone else end up with something that looks more like a habit pile than an actual plan?
