My plan's drug lookup flipped overnight, and I'm not celebrating yet

For what it's worth, three years here, mostly reading through the shortage and prior-auth megathreads. I loged into my insurance portal this morning and the tier for the brand-name GLP-1 my doctor and I discussed moved from 'not covered' to 'covered, prior auth required.' I didn't run around the house. I've watched formulary pages change back before. But I did save the PDF, screenshot the date, and leave a message for my prescriber's office. Back in 2022 I got as far as the pharmacy counter and the estimate was over $1,100, so my bar for excitement is basically underground. I'll believe it when the claim actually processes. For the folks who've been through this: did your online coverage flip stick, or did it get reversed the second the pharmacy ran it?
