i’m 43 and down 29 pounds over the past five months on this journey. The scale wins are lovely, but my neck has become the spot I notice in every video call. The skin looks thinner and a little crinkly, and I keep catching myself pulling my collar up. I’m not looking for medical fixes, just real-life habits. So far I’ve got: sunscreen every morning, even rainy ones, a refillable water bottle on my desk, and trying not to crane my neck down at my phone for hours. I also added two minutes of gentle neck stretches after my walk, mostly because it feels nice. Small wins: my face is slimmer, my collarbones showed up, and my posture is less turtle-like by 4pm. What are you doing for your neck while the rest of you changes? Any habits that felt sustainable instead of another chore?
Neck care check: which tiny habits are actually sticking?
