I was half-watching a comedy on Netflix last night and one character made a Zepbound punchline. I laughed, then my phone buzzed with my 6 a.m. weigh-in: up 0.9 lb from yesterday. Old me would have spent the morning negotiating with the scale. Current me checked the seven-day average, saw it still drifting down about 0.4 lb per week, and went back to my coffee. Sodium, poor sleep, and a late dinner explain a lot of single-day noise. The trendline is the story; the daily number is just a sentence. Anyone else catch the bit, or did my group chat spoil it for me?
