Nine months of data, and the 30-day average wins

I’m nine months into a GLP-1 and down 38 lb, but the number I actually trust is my 30-day weight average. It went from 214 to 176 without the daily rollercoaster. Waist tape is down 3.5 inches, resting heart rate from 78 to 68, and I can carry groceries upstairs without pretending I’m fine. The before/after posts are motivating, but they also cherry-pick good lighting and good days. My trend line has been way less dramatic and more honest. For the spreadsheet people: which non-scale metric has matched how you feel best? And where do you draw the line between a real trend and normal noise?
