I'm on the road about 20 nights a month, so my version of meal prep looks a lot like standing in a hotel bathroom with a handful of zip bags. This week I finally nailed the airport-day setup: two hard-boiled eggs swiped from the breakfast bar, almonds portioned into four little snack bags, and a shaker bottle that permanently lives in my carry-on. Down 18 pounds in 14 weeks, mostly by refusing to let a 6 a.m. flight turn into an airport cinnamon roll situation.
Small win: I started asking the front desk for a mini fridge even when the room clearly doesn't have one. About half the time they just roll one in. Total game changer for yogurt and pre-cut veggies.
Mild frustration: TSA once stared at my almond bags like they were contraband. Still worth it.
What's your go-to that survives a carry-on and doesn't need refrigeration?
