Six months of refill receipts, shipping windows, and stock gaps

I keep a boring spreadsheet for my GLP-1 refills: date ordered, date shipped, date delivered, price, and whether the pharmacy had it in stock. Since February I’ve logged four fills. Average was $267, cheapest $238, and the longest gap between order and doorstep was 11 days. One backorder added 9 days to my usual rhythm, which made me realize I was cutting my buffer too close. I’m now ordering when I have about 12 days left instead of 5. It’s not glamorous, but the numbers make me feel less twitchy. Curious if anyone else tracks shipping times and price swings, or if I’m just turning this into a part-time data entry job?
