My doctor had me split the dose — half on Monday, half on Thursday. Helped with the nausea significantly. Might be worth asking your doctor about.
I've been at 10mg for 2 months now. The jump from 5 to 10 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
