Started tirz 1 ago at 292 lbs, now at 150. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 7.5mg and thinking about going up to 15mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 15 makes a big difference.
