I used to have a couple drinks on weekends. Since starting tirz I have zero desire to drink. Like, nothing. Even the thought of wine sounds unappealing. Is this common? I've heard GLP-1s can affect alcohol cravings but didn't expect it to be this dramatic.

I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 46 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 10mg. The nausea peaked around week 8 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
