Twenty minutes after dinner beat everything else I tried this month

not a dramatic month. Same intake, same injection schedule, same three-day lifting split. The only new variable was a 20-minute walk after dinner, four nights a week, timed from the moment I close the kitchen.

Data: fasting glucose down about 7 points on average, sleep latency improved, and the 9pm grazing urge largely disappeared. My subjective appetite scores in the log went from 3/5 to 2/5 on walk nights, same dose, same meals.

I'd attribute maybe half of that to the walk itself and half to being physically out of the house during the hour I used to negotiate with myself. Behaviorally it's cleaner than white-knuckling it indoors.

Curious whether others have tested timing specifically — post-meal versus morning. My morning walk does essentially nothing for evening appetite, which surprised me.
