What product categories do they list, and do they publish exact quantities and purity specs for every item? Are third-party COAs available per lot, and do those include HPLC/MS data, the testing lab name, report date, and batch number? Where do they ship from, what carrier/transit time is typical, and does their shipping info separate domestic from international orders? Do the posted prices include shipping, taxes, or cold-chain/packaging fees, and are there tiered discounts for research-scale orders? Also: is there a verifiable business address, and how do they handle delivery delays or customs issues? Just trying to see how they stack up before ordering.
