I keep a folder of batch reports and still feel unsure

I am not trying to start a pile-on, but I have three batch PDFs saved from this spring - same compound, different lot codes - and the more I compare them, the less confident I get. One lists an HPLC method but no lab accreditation. Another has a nice-looking graph with no sample date.

The third matches the lot number but only in one spot. I want to check things myself instead of trusting screenshots and hype, but I also do not want to become the person who needs a forensic accountant before every reorder. If you have vetted one recently, what details do you verify first?

Lab name, method, lot match, date, or something less obvious? Specifics would help me build a boring checklist.
