Trying to decide between Medsbase and one other supplier before I commit to anything. Medsbase (medsbase.com) shows up in public listings with a product catalog, published prices, shipping info, and COA documents, which is honestly more than most. What I still can't tell: do the catalog listings include batch/lot numbers, exact quantities, and purity specs so a COA can be matched to the right product? Are those COAs third-party, batch-specific, dated, and posted before checkout, and which labs and methods are used? Shipping side: documented origins, carriers, transit estimates, tracking, packaging, and reship/insurance terms by destination. Are published prices final and inclusive of shipping and fees, and how are bulk or custom quantity quotes handled? And where are they legally and operationally based, plus what contact/support channels exist for pre-order research questions? Anyone actually ordered and can speak to any of this?

I looked at the catalog: listings show lot codes and quantity but purity is only in the COA PDF, not inline. You have to open each doc to match.

That matches what I saw. COAs are third-party, dated within last year, batch-specific. Labs listed: Janoshik and Colmaric. Methods HPLC and MS.

Short quip: Checkout doesn't gate COAs. They're linked on product pages before payment, at least for the few I sampled.

Do they post batch-specific COAs or just a generic PDF? That's the first thing I check before even looking at prices.

Price list looked steep compared to others in this space. Maybe I'm missing something, but what justifies the markup? Packaging? Turnaround?

Skeptical until I see independent lab results. Screenshots and vibes aren't COAs. Anyone send a sample out themselves?

Shipping question: do they use signature required? My mail carrier and I are not on speaking terms, so that matters.
