My Datapeptides order: slow replies, meh packaging, a delay

Datapeptides (datapeptides.com) prices caught my eye, so I’m poking around before considering a research order. Does the published catalog list purity/identity specs for each product, and can I see batch-specific COAs before checkout? I also want to know if those COAs come from an independent third-party lab, with HPLC/MS methods and lot numbers that match the shipped vial. Where do they ship from, what carriers/timelines, and is tracking provided? Do listed prices include shipping, duties, or cold-pack fees—and are there minimum-order or payment restrictions? And is there a verifiable company location/legal entity plus a physical return or discrepancy-resolution address? Any verified details from public listings or personal experience would help.

Checked the site last night. Each catalog page lists purity and identity specs, but no batch COA before checkout. I had to request one. Still waiting.

Following this. I asked support for lot-matched COAs. They claimed third-party HPLC/MS, but wouldn't send one until after order. That's a yellow flag for me.

Short answer: I couldn't find pre-checkout COAs either. Some pages say 99% but don't list lot numbers. Hard to verify before paying.

Shipping reply I got: ships from US, carrier varies, 2-5 business days, tracking after label creation. International unclear. Anyone else confirm?

Prices looked mid-range to me. Not bargain-bin, not premium. If COAs match the vials, maybe fine; if not, I pass.

Diary note: emailed them Tuesday. No response yet. If they can't answer a simple COA question, I'm out.

I'd want the vial lot number to match the COA PDF, plus independent lab name and method. Anything less is just paper.

Very short quip: no COA before checkout, no checkout.

Update: they sent a sample COA after I asked, but it wasn't tied to a specific lot. Still waiting on batch-specific. Not impressed yet.
