Straight up: never send money to someone who DMs you off this forum, no matter the sob story or the "deal."
We've seen every version of this scam: "my source hookup," "bulk split," "overstock." Real businesses here answer publicly in their own rooms — anyone pushing you to a private chat with payment info is a red flag.
If it happens: report the message and move on. Stay safe.
