I’m sorry if this is a silly question. I’m brand new here and only just getting started, so I don’t know what’s normal yet.
My prescription was sent in last Tuesday, and the pharmacy app still says 'in progress.' The pickup estimate has slipped twice now, from Thursday to Saturday, and I keep refreshing it like that will change something.
I’m not upset, just nervous and trying to plan around work. I don’t want to be annoying, but I also don’t want to wait quietly if one phone call would clear it up. Did your first fill move this slowly?
Should I call the pharmacy, or is this just how it goes sometimes? Thank you for any gentle reality checks.
