Night shifts, 14 months, and the same boring routine

I work nights. Sleep is trash. I don't track every bite. I do track my weekly average and protein. 14 months on this. Down 62 lbs. The first 8 months were pretty linear. Last 6 are slower. Not stalled. Just boring.

Appetite is quiet most shifts. Around 3 a.m. I want carbs. I keep jerky, yogurt, and grapes in the work fridge. That handles it. Consistency for me isn't perfect days.

It's hitting the same 4 habits 5 nights a week. Weigh-ins on Wednesday after my last shift. Same conditions. I care more about the 4-week average than any single morning.

Long-term folks: what actually kept you steady after the novelty wore off? Not looking for hype. Just the boring stuff that worked.
