Only one product shows up on their site — is that deliberate, or are more just not indexed yet? The COAs: are they lot-specific and third-party, and do they match the exact batch shipping right now? A public listing says "COA verified (by 1)" and I honestly can't tell what that means — who verified it, what they checked, whether it's tied to a specific lot. Also, domestic US shipping: carrier, typical turnaround, packaging, any cold-chain handling for temp-sensitive items? Do posted prices include shipping and taxes, or is there a minimum order? And is there a US business address or state listed for accountability?

How fast is shipping usually, and is tracking included? Also, do you ship cold items with ice packs, or is everything room temp? Just trying to compare before I poke around more.

Any recent COAs with third-party lab names and dates? I don’t need a novel, just batch number, purity, and who tested it. Blurred PDFs make me twitch.

Prices look mid, but what’s the minimum order? And do you combine shipping if someone splits a kit? Asking for my imaginary group buy.
